He has a wealth of knowledge in acquisition, design, planning, and execution of high-dollar residential/commercial construction, having managed and built over 750 homes in his career. Dan prioritizes client satisfaction, staying informed on the latest ways to meet their needs while staying within budget. Dan lives in Bethlehem, Connecticut with his wife Nannette and their dogs, and enjoys horse rescue and fishing in his free time. He values spending time with his family and being outdoors. DAX truly is not DAX without DAN!
